Back Pain & Back Care Workshop, Kendal, Saturday 9th March, 9-11.00

This is a 2 hour INTERACTIVE and ACTIVE Workshop happening at Westmorland CrossFit, Kendal, split into 2 parts – the first is the theory!  No scary classrooms though! – but it really helps to understand a bit about your body, your spine – the bony bits, the soft bits and the nerves, about how pain works and what it means, common injuries and what they mean to YOU, to how you MOVE and what the future holds for you!

The second part is the active bit – Mary the Physio will take you through a 45 minute Back Care Pilates session – showing you movements and exercises to help you if pain and injury strike, and maintain your back for the longer term so you can keep doing what you want to do!  Tickets are LIMITED and booking is ESSENTIAL!  It’s £20 per person and you will get handouts from both sections of the Workshop – a lesson plan to take away to help keep things strong and robust!

Tickets can be purchased through this link here.  Further information and vlogs about this & lots more interesting stuff is available on my Facebook page: LOGiC Pain Education. Here’s a link straight to the Events page on Facebook too: LOGiC Pain Education Events.

Back Pain & Back Care Workshop, Saturday 23rd March 2019, 9.30-11.30.
